Strawberry Festival

Small coastal towns have a special charm. Selce, on the Crikvenica Riviera, is no exception. If we add an interesting event to that natural appeal, we get a winning combination. On 17 and 18 May, Selce will host one of the sweetest celebrations – the 15h Strawberry Festival.
The two-day event, designed to attract visitors of all generations, will satisfy even the most demanding palates and musical criteria – and all this on a square right by the sea!
The entire weekend will be dedicated to strawberries, with the intoxicating scent of this sweet fruit wafting in the air wherever you go in Selce.
The programme of this year’s Strawberry Festival starts at 10:00 on both days and features the exhibition and sale of strawberries, sweets, strawberry products and souvenirs.
Visitors will have the opportunity to taste various creative drinks prepared with this much-loved fruit, such as strawberry punch with balsamic vinegar and black pepper or strawberry gin and tonic and selected local wines.
