Chess Tournament „GOSPODAR LISTOPADA 2024 “ Memorijal Zoričić i braća Zbašnik

Crikvenica's CHESS CLUB, in collaboration with the CHESS CLUB "IVAN DVORŽAK" Rovišće – Zrinski Topolovac, is organizing the tournament „GOSPODAR LISTOPADA 2024 “ Memorijal Zoričić i braća Zbašnik

Date and Location:

Sunday, October 6, 2024, at 10 AM, Hotel Marina Selce, Emila Antića 73, 51266 Selce.

Eligibility:

A - tournament - all players from the country and abroad with a valid FIDE ID number.
B - tournament - Little Lord of October: players born in 2012 and younger with a valid FIDE ID number.
C - tournament - chess hopes: players who do not need to be registered, born in 2010 and younger.

Prizes:

Trophy for winners in all three tournaments, medals for the best in categories (veterans, seniors, women, juniors, girls, cadets, female cadets, chess hopes) and material prizes.

Competition System:

A - tournament - Swiss system in 9 rounds, time control 7'+3", FIDE rules for blitz chess.
B - tournament - Swiss system in 9 rounds, time control 7'+3", FIDE rules for blitz chess.
C - tournament - Swiss system in 7 rounds, time control 10'+5".

Tournaments A and B will be rated for the FIDE blitz list, while tournament C will NOT be rated.

Entry Fee:

A tournament - all players – 12 euros.
B and C tournaments – all players – 10 euros.

We kindly ask players to pre-register for tournament preparation by October 5, 2024, at 8 PM.

A meal will be provided for all tournament participants after the event. Menu options: Batuda with dried meat or Zagrebački odrezak (a breaded cutlet filled with ham and cheese) with fries – please indicate your choice when registering for preparation purposes.
