Border crossing

When entering the Republic of Croatia, a travel document such as a passport or another internationally recognised identification document is required.
Croatian customs laws comply with the standards of the EU.
Foreign currencies can freely be imported and exported up to an amount equivalent to 15,000 kuna.
Professional and technical equipment of a higher value must be declared at the border.
Dogs and cats must have an international certificate confirming that their last vaccination against rabies was between 15 days and six months before entering the country.
