2nd Tourism forum "Crikvenica for the body and soul"

The 2nd forum dedicated to health tourism will be held soon in Crikvenica.
The first forum with the theme "Crikvenica – The Health Riviera" was organized in 2013 by the Tourist Board of the city of Crikvenice in collaboration with Thalassotherapia Crikvenica. It was organized to mark the 125th anniversary of tourism in Crikvenica, whose tourism development began thanks to the excellent preconditions, such as an extremely favorable position, healthy climate and microclimate and natural features. The reason why the first organized tourist arrived in Crikvenica was mainly of  medical nature, and Riviera Crikvenica was among the first in Croatia to began to cherish a tradition of health tourism. Health tourism still has a prominent place on the Crikvenica Riviera, developed in accordance with the destination, trends in tourism and the demands and needs of modern man. Prominent speakers at the last year´s forum , among others, have presented numerous advantages that Crikvenice as a destination for health tourism has, both from the medical and economic point of view.

This year's tourism forum is called "Crikvenica for body and soul" and will be held on Thursday, 25th September 2014 in Thalassotherapia Crikvenica, medical institution with a rich tradition of over half a century, which has a very important role in the development of health tourism on the Riviera Crikvenica.
